Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cavelia Official. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This policy outlines important information about shipping, order handling, cancellations, and returns/refunds.

1. Shipping Information

We process and ship all confirmed orders within 1–2 working days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

We deliver to all locations within Malaysia via trusted courier services such as PosLaju, J&T Express, or other logistics partners depending on your area.

Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: 2–3 working days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 2–4 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays, courier backlogs).

Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp for your reference. You may track your order using our Track Order page

2. Shipping Fees

We offer flat-rate or free shipping depending on ongoing promotions or your order value. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, cancellations are not allowed as our system automatically processes orders for dispatch. Please review your order carefully before making payment.

If you accidentally place an order or need to make urgent changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the parcel is processed.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We take great care to inspect and package every product before shipping. However, if you receive a wrong item, defective product, or damaged parcel, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team via WhatsApp or email at admin@caveliaofficial.com.

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or videos as evidence.

  3. Our team will assess your case and advise you on the next steps.

Approved returns must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Returned within 7 days of receiving our return instructions

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, personal dislike of scent/texture, or allergic reactions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the product details before purchase. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for a consultation.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items returned in approved condition

  • Orders we are unable to fulfill due to stock or delivery issues

  • Accidental overcharges or duplicate payments

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
